Let me introduce myself to you. Here’s a little bit about me and what I do…
I’m a mum of two boys and a very proud grandparent of 6 little ones. (at this moment in time!). If I’m not delivering my classes, in my spare time I love to go cycling with my husband, upcycle furniture and relax with a good book.
I’ve always had a passion for keeping myself fit, physically and mentally and wanted to share with people the tremendous benefits this offers. I’ve completed many 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons, triathlons, swimming galas and endurance cycle events over the years.
